Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery (i.e. the date it arrives at your doorstep), subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unmarked condition, and
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend securely packaging the item ato ensure it arrives in its original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please Contact Us within 48 hours from the date that the item is delivered to your address.

Once we receive the necessary details, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement, repair, or refund.

 

Important Information:

  • We are unable to accept returns for items that are not in their original, unused condition or packaging.
  • Items that show signs of use may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, though processing times may vary depending on your bank.
